I wanted to start a new leaf with you. I have been doing a lot of soul searching, and I have arrived on many conclusions, many of which are things that you have thought throughout your life, yet you were raised in a time of restrained revolution, yet I believe we are nearing the time of actual revolution. First I wanted to give you a little insight into the real me, my identity which I have arrived to unselfishly and entirely openly. I have complete confidence in my abilities and well being, no matter what. This may be conceived as conceit, but it is not, it is a complete harmony with myself. I have a firm belief in nuture over nature, and I believe I am a stable individual because of the ideologies, principally christian, which you have raised us in. I believe, however, that you have placed your faith in Christianity because you have lost it in humanity because you lived in a time when you, the intelligent and free spirited, were attempting to unify and change the world but were bogged down by the stagnation of our institutions, and that created in you a depression that has been replaced by your love for God. I am a firm believer in the morals of christianity, but I am open to how they are harmoniously tied with the morals of the majority of religion. I believe in the one global conscious, where we are all, by nature, people who desire self advancement and harmony, but I believe we are hindered by those who aren't as mentally advanced. I believe in intelligent design, because human beings are too beautiful and complex to be created by mere chance, but I also believe that the intelligent design created the natural laws of evolution, in which there are distinct differences between the genetically advanced, and those not so advance. I believe that you can distinguish between the advanced and the under-advanced, maybe not on "evolutionary terms", but I feel you can distinguish because I see you as advanced, and I see mom as advanced, although a little more clouded by her past. I believe that all you're children, as well as mom's, have this ability to distinguish this. I believe that the Bible, Koran, and Torah, and other religious literature, were created by more advanced individuals who realized the importance of setting a pretense of morals in humanity. It is also my belief, however, that the days when these works were created were days when information was portrayed in story form, as most knowledge was passed down verbally, and stories are easy to remember. I believe that Jesus and Mohammed, although perhaps based on actual people and events, are merely literary embodiments of these morals, and their acts are embellished in order to hyperbolize these morals, to prove a point essentially. I am not certain as to my views on afterlife, because I believe firmly in the achievements we can achieve through the harmony with nature, which i also believe is taught in the Bible, and when people die, they in essence give life through decomposition. But the mind, the mind, the intangible and exquisitely profound mind, I am uncertain. Perhaps the mind rejoins with the global consciousness, adding to the evolution therein. I don't know. The strangest and most exciting thing to me is that there are many more people than I once perceived that feel these ways. Anyway, I have written something that I would like you to read. I know this all may seem shocking, but I feel you will understand. I am really hoping that this will help you and I move into a more harmonious and human relationship because I feel we clashed a lot when I was growing up, especially in high school. A lot of times you thought I was apathetic, be it in sports, school, my personal life, but I have come to the realization that my apathy was only caused by the knowledge within me that I had a notion of, but not so much enlightenment upon, that there is something more profound that should be happening, and my depression was caused, and came to it's head the first half of the second semester before I dropped out, by this feeling of stagnation in humanity. I believe you have had this notion before, but have been forced into the game which you rebelled against. But you chose a noble profession, and were great at it. I want you to know that I mean none of this with offense. As you will read in the attached, I believe that intuition would be the best word to describe the next step in the advancement in the mind. In the best words I can find to use, one can, without even thinking, "put themselves in the other persons shoes". I feel it is a little more profound than that, but I believe that is the reason why our family can get along with absolutely anyone. Therefore, with this understanding, we gain a more objective as well as an "outside the box" view of everything. For example, my personal views on humanity are that everyone has different "strengths and weaknesses", and you just have to see the beauty in everyone, because everyone is beautiful, differently. Alongside this, everyone has different opinions which they abide their lives by (which I believe is another beautiful aspect of humanity because to me it shows courage and identity) and these opinions influence how people see others "strengths and weaknesses". It is my belief that one cannot have a true relationship with another person until they completely know themselves. I believe these above conclusions spring from one of the values that you instilled upon me which had the greatest impression on me, you can control yourself. I feel as if I have come to the meaning of life, but it is different, because right now it is viewed as a means to meaning, and essentially, they are another set of values instilled upon me growing up, the fruits of the spirit. Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self Control. The values taught by every religion, in one way or another, and the principles I base my life upon. It fills my heart with tremendous ease, these conclusions. I have complete control over myself, although sometimes "the game" of life interferes with my consciousness. I believe that it doesn't really matter how I choose to live life the way it is today, because it has become so formulaic, and we have mastered survival, so there is no more "weeding out the weak" according to evolution. You go to school, you go to work, you try to make money so you can retire, you get a family, you retire, you die. It's what we are changed to. And it is depressing. I try to make the best of it. I have chosen to become a teacher, and that also is a noble profession, which is all we "intellects" have to feel a sense of purpose. But we are passionate people, and have a sense in the beauty of life. I hope that you understand this, although I know to some I sound completely insane because they are so in the moment. I love you.
Love,
Ben Street

I think you have some very good ideas, but the format of your posts mixed with the fonts and colors makes it hard to read at length. Keep up the good work. Look into DMT
